随机双盲对照试验穴位埋线治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者临床症状指标的影响

Effect of Catgut Embedding Therapy at Acupoints on Clinical Symptoms of Patients with Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的观察穴位埋线治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者临床症状指标的影响。方法患者80例随机分为两组,均予西医常规治疗,治疗组加予真穴位埋线治疗,对照组予假穴位埋线治疗;比较两组临床疗效、慢性阻塞性肺疾病评分(CAT)变化。结果治疗组治疗后主证咳嗽、咯痰、喘息、哮鸣与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.01),对照组治疗后与治疗前比较主证各项评分差异无统计意义(P> 0.05);组间比较喘息差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;治疗组治疗3个月临床总有效率68.42%,继续随访3个月临床总有效率为60.52%、60.53%,分别高于对照组的30.00%、32.50%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后3个月、6个月CAT积分较治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论真穴位埋线可改善COPD患者的生活质量,降低CAT积分,且有后续效应,但后续效应呈下降趋势。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy for the stable Period of chronic obstructive Pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:Eighty patients were randomly and blindly divided into2groups.Western medical treatment was not changed.The treatment group was treated with true acupoint catgut embedding,and the control group was treated with false acupoint catgut embedding.Clinical efficacy and changes of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease score(CAT)in two groups were observed.Results:Compared with before treatment,the experimental group had statistically significant differences in cough,expectoration,wheezing,and wheezing before treatment(P<0.01).There was no statistical difference between the control group and the pre-treatment group(P>0.05);differences in wheezing between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group was better than the control group;the clinical efficacy rate of the trial group was3months,68.42%;and the clinical total effective rate was60.52%.There were significant differences in CAT scores between March and June after treatment in the two groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:True point embedding can improve the quality of life in COPD patients,improve the CAT score,and there is a follow-up effect,but the follow-up effect is decreasing.
