工业循环冷却水用阻垢缓蚀剂的研究进展 被引量:20

摘要 随着工业循环冷却水浓缩倍数的不断提高,结垢和腐蚀问题已严重影响工业的发展.向工业循环冷却水中投加水处理剂是解决结垢、腐蚀以及提高水资源利用率的重要手段.前期水处理药剂多以磷系为主,随着公众环保意识不断增强,近年来,以高效、绿色为目的的水处理剂的开发与改性研究得到学者们的广泛关注.本文主要综述了近年来研究人员通过接枝改性、复配等手段,制备一系列多功能、环保高效的水处理剂的方法、阻垢缓蚀性能及在应用方面的探索等进展. With the increasing concentration times of industrial circulating cooling water,the scale and corrosion problems seriously affected the development of industry.To alleviate the current problem in freshwater resources,the water treatment agents are usually added to the industrial recirculating cooling water system for solving scale and improving the efficiency of water-using.This article mainly summarizes the progress of the preparation methods,performances and application of a series of the environmentally efficient water treatment agents by means of graft modification and compound in recent years.
