天津市科技型中小企业评价系统分析设计

Analysis and Design of Tianjin Small and Medium-sized Technology-based Firms Evaluation System

2010年,天津市就在全国率先开展了科技型中小企业的认定工作;2017年,科技部印发通知,国家层面的科技型中小企业评价工作正式启动。如何搭建对外统一的天津市科技型企业评价网上管理平台,使国家科企评价工作与天津市科企评价工作能够在一个平台上完成,就成为需要解决的重要问题。本文对天津市科技型中小企业评价系统的功能与需求进行了分析,并在分析的基础上根据模块化、结构化的原理对天津市科技型中小企业评价系统的六个模块进行了设计,为后续的系统开发工作打下了坚实的基础。

In 2010,Tianjin first carried out the certification work of small and medium-sized technology-based firms in China,and in 2017,the Ministry of science and technology of China announced to launch the certification work of small and medium-sized technology-based firms at national level.As a result,how to build a unified firm evaluation platform for Tianjin to do both the national municipal certification work becomes an important issue to be solved.The article first analyzed and discussed the function and requirement of Tianjin small and medium-sized technology-based firms evaluation system,and then on such basis designed the six modules of the system in accord with the principle of modularization and structuralizing in software engineering,providing a solid foundation for subsequent system development.
