吸水辊系统在萃取薄膜除水干燥中的研制运用

摘要 塑料挤出拉伸薄膜经萃取成孔经过水封装置后,薄膜表面及微孔内部会吸附镶嵌大量液体,若未经充分除水干燥,后续生产过程会在薄膜表面形成不规律性水花纹,影响萃取成孔薄膜的表面质量及透气度等关键性能。吸水辊系统的研制运用,利用PVA材质吸水辊系统的优异吸水性、耐溶剂性能,非常好地对萃取成孔薄膜除水干燥,为后续薄膜进一步拉伸定型干燥创造了有利条件。 After extraction,pore formation and water encapsulation,a large amount of liquid will be adsorbed and embedded on the surface and inside the micropore of the plastic extruded stretched film.If the film is not fully dehydrated and dried,irregular water patterns will be formed on the surface of the film in the subsequent production process,which will affect the surface quality and permeability of the extracted porous film.The development and application of the absorbent roll system make use of the excellent water absorption and solvent resistance of the absorbent roll system made of PVA material,which is very good for dewatering and drying of the extraction porous film,and create favorable conditions for further stretching and drying of the film.
