注射位置闭环技术在注塑机上的应用研究

摘要 为了提高注塑机注射重复精度,本文提出注射位置闭环控制技术,介绍了注射位置闭环控制系统结构及工作原理,并介绍了位置闭环算法实现流程。最后在海天注塑机上验证闭环方案效果,结果表明较常规注射控制,注射位置闭环控制可明显提高注射位置重复精度,更有利于高精度制品成型。 In order to improve the injection repetitive accuracy of injection moulding machine,the closedloop control technology of injection position is proposed.The structure and working principle of the closedloop control system of injection position are introduced,and the realization process of the closed-loop algorithm of injection position is introduced.The closed-loop control scheme is validated on Haitian injection molding machines,the results show that:compared with conventional injection control,the closed-loop control of injection position can significantly improve the repetitive accuracy of injection position,and is more conducive to high-precision product forming.
