摘要
注塑机锁模机架设计对注塑成型工艺稳定性有重要影响,但长期以来没有建立设计应用规范,只能照搬各企业历史设计方案。此原因造成新设计机架或者重量超重或者机架强度不够,从而被迫接受机架的超重重量,而强度不足的又不得不重新设计,造成进度的延迟。本文将提供一种注塑机锁模机架设计规范,通过物理学原理、有限元分析等工具和手段,既能达到取得理想轻的锁模机架重量获得性价比优势,又可以获得足够的机架刚性。
The design of clamping frame of injection molding machine has an important influence on the stability of injection molding process.However,there has been no design application specification for a long time,and only the historical design scheme of each enterprise can be copied.This causes the newly designed frame to be overweight or not strong enough.It is forced to accept the overweight of the frame,and the frame with insufficient strength has to be redesigned,resulting in delays in progress.This paper will provide a design specification for the clamping frame of injection molding machine.By means of physical principles,finite element analysis and other tools and means,not only can the ideal light weight of the clamping frame to gain price advantage,but also can obtain enough rigidity of the frame.
