摘要
介绍了一种新型带传动3D打印机结构,分析了其结构特点和运动学原理及相比于传统结构的优势。基于多体系统理论建立了该打印机打印头的定位误差模型,通过计算和实际验证了模型的有效性,并且判定此种结构3D打印机可以满足精度要求。最后得出结论,该种传动结构3D打印机优于其他传统结构的3D打印机,在其他低负载机床中具有很好的应用前景。
A new type of 3D printer with drive of belt is introduced. It’s structure and kinematics principle are analyzed,also the advantages compared with traditional structure. Based on the multi-body system theory,the positioning error model of it’s printing head is established,and calculate and actually verificate the model’s effectiveness,and conclude this kind of 3D printer can meet the precision requirements. Finally,it is concluded that the 3D printer of the transmission structure is better than that of other traditional structures and has a good prospect in other low-load machine tools.
