摘要
零部件服役工况的差异性导致其损伤程度的多样性,并造成再制造信息的残缺,进而影响快速有效地制定修复方案。为此,提出基于残缺信息重构的再制造修复方案设计方法,通过分析废旧零部件再制造信息的不完整性和模糊性,采用逆向工程技术并通过单位阶跃积分迭代法将三维扫描的损伤点云数据与原始点云数据进行配准,构造缺失点云模型,并运用MasterCAM软件生成激光熔覆加工路径;同时,通过有限元分析对重构模型剩余寿命进行有效判断。最后,通过对涡轮叶片的案例分析,验证所提方案的有效性与可行性。
The differences in the service conditions of components lead to the diversity of their damage levels,which leads to the incompleteness of remanufacturing information,the formulation of remediation plans quickly and effectively is influenced in turn.For this reason,a method of remanufacturing reconstruction design based on the reconstruction of incomplete information is proposed.By analyzing the incompleteness and fuzziness of the remanufacturing information of components parts,reverse engineering techniques are adopted and the unit-step integration iteration method is used to compare the damage point cloud data of the three-dimensional scanning with the original point cloud data,the miss-ing point cloud model is constructed,and the laser cladding processing path is generated using Master-CAM software;at the same time,the remaining life of the reconstructed model is effectively judged through Analysis.Finally,the proposed method is applied to analysis the case of turbine blades,the ef-fectiveness and feasibility of the proposed scheme are verified.
