摘要
随着熔融沉积成型技术(FDM)近年来受到越来越多的关注,制件的力学性能成为了制约其应用的重要因素之一。为此针对沉积和填充过程,重点分析了填充率、填充方式和沉积方向对制件力学性能的影响,并结合实验对上述参数进行了验证。结果表明沉积方式和填充方式都对制件的力学性能存在明显的影响。最后以此为基础提出了提高制件力学性能的参数设定方法,这些设定能有效提高制件的力学性能。
Fused Deposition Moseling(FDM)has been received more and more attention in recent years,the me-chanical properties of the products has become an important factor restricting its application.Focus on the deposition and filling process,analyze the impact of infill percentage,infill pattern and deposition di-rection on mechanical properties,and verify these parameters based on experiments.The results show that infill pattern and deposition direction all have obvious effects on the mechanical properties of the FDM products.Finally,some methods of parameter setting for improving mechanical properties of FDM products are proposed,and can effectively improve the mechanical properties.
