摘要 随着高档数控机床的推广应用,越来越多的企业在享受其高效高精所带来的便利时又往往受制于较低的运行维护水平,无法充分的发挥设备效能。为此以"工业互联网综合试验床平台"项目为应用案例,通过多种软件、硬件等手段,全面采集设备状态数据,并利用不同方法进行故障预测,可以有效提升设备利用率,为企业创造更多社会价值。 With the popularization and application of high-grade CNC machine tools,more and more enterprises in the enjoyment of their high efficiency and precision brought convenience is often constrained by the low level of operation and maintenance,cannot fully play the equipment efficiency.In this paper,"Industrial internet comprehensive test bed platform"project as an application case,through a variety of software,hardware and other means to comprehensively collect equipment status data,and the use of different methods for fault prediction,can effectively improve equipment utilization,to create more social value for enterprises.
