拧紧工艺过程是发动机装配工艺中的重要环节,本项目是通过统计分析装配过程中发生的螺栓扭矩质量问题,确定拧紧过程中的主要质量风险点,针对螺栓预拧紧阶段和拧紧阶段,设计不同拧紧过程监控策略,对拧紧质量风险进行了有效的系统性预防,降低拧紧过程中的质量风险,提高装配效率。

Tightening process is the important process of the assembly engine process.In this project,statistics the screws torque problems in assembly process,confirm the main quality risk points in tightening process.Focus on the pre-tighten and tighten stage,design different process monitoring strategy,build effective system precaution for tightening quality risk,reduce the quality risk of tightening process and increase assembly efficiency.
