城镇化过程中,土地流转是农民进城重要条件,而土地流出则是土地流转的核心。农民的年龄、土地流出价格、土地数量和农民的定居意愿是影响农民土地流出意愿的重要因素。农民定居城市的意向受房价影响最为重要,同时家庭人口数对城市定居意向也有影响。

In the process of urbanization,land transfer is an important condition for farmers to enter the city,and land outflow is the core of land transfer.The age of farmers,the price of land outflow,the quantity of land and the willingness of farmers to settle are the important factors that influence the land outflow of farmers.House price is an important factor affecting farmers′settlement intention,and the number of family members also affects urban settlement intention.
