新时代内蒙古脱贫攻坚考核评估机制路径创新探析

Exploration and Analysis of the Path Innovation of the Assessment Mechanism of Inner Mongolia's Poverty Alleviation and Hard Work at New Era

内蒙古作为民族地区既是我国"十三五"脱贫攻坚的主战场,又是决胜全面建成小康社会的关键环节与突出"短板"。科学的考核评估机制是脱贫攻坚体制机制体系的重要组成部分和运行基础。因此,本文系统梳理了党的十八大以来内蒙古脱贫攻坚体制机制建设主要成效与宝贵经验,并深入探讨了内蒙古脱贫攻坚考核评估机制存在的深层次问题和矛盾,进而提出创新和完善脱贫攻坚考核评估机制的基本路径,以期助力贫困群众真正实现长效脱贫。

As an ethnic region,Inner Mongolia is the main battlefield of poverty alleviation of China in the13th Five-year Plan,the key link to the construction of a moderately prosperous society and the most serious defect of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Scientific assessment and evaluation mechanism is an important part and operating basis of the mechanism of poverty alleviation and hard work.Therefore,In order to help people to truly realize the long effect of poverty alleviation,this paper systematically combs the main achievements and valuable experience in the construction of the institutional mechanism of poverty alleviation and hard work in Inner Mongolia Since the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,probes into the problems and contradictions existing in the evaluation and evaluation mechanism of poverty alleviation,and further puts forward the main train of thought for innovating and perfecting the assessment and evaluation mechanism for poverty alleviation.
