可视音乐配合康复治疗对精神发育迟滞患儿智能发育及社会适应能力的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨可视音乐配合康复治疗对精神发育迟滞患儿智能发育及社会适应能力的影响。方法选取本院2016年9月至2017年12月收治的精神发育迟滞患儿116例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各58例。对照组采用康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上配合可视音乐治疗。比较两组干预前后智能发育、社会适应能力。结果干预后对照组语言、适应性、精细动作、个人社交、大运动评分较观察组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后对照组认知功能因子、独立功能因子、社会/自制因子评分较观察组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可视音乐配合康复治疗可有效促进精神发育迟滞患儿智能发育,利于提高患儿社会适应能力,临床中具有较高实用性。 Objective To investigate the effect of visual music combined with rehabilitation therapy on intellectual development and social adaptive capacity in children with mental retardation.Methods A total of116children with mental retardation in our hospital from September2016to December2017were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with58cases in each group.Control group was given rehabilitation therapy,while observation group was treated with visual music based on control group.The intellectual development and social adaptive capacity before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of language,capacity,fine movement,personal life,gross motor in control group were lower than those in observation group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of cognitive function factor,independent function factor,social/self-control factor in control group were lower than those in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Visual music combined with rehabilitation therapy for children with mental retardation can effectively promote intellectual development and increase social adaptive capacity,which has higher practicability in the clinic.
