摘要
在"加快一流大学和一流学科建设,实现高等教育内涵式发展"的新形势下,高校教育模式逐渐暴露出教学模式相对比较单一、知识信息不能与时俱进、人才培养脱离社会需求等问题。高校在优化现有人才培养体系的基础上,越来越重视第二课堂培养方案,促进两大课堂的融合发展,以实现素质教育的全面实施和综合型人才的深化培养,真正达到育人成才的效果。本文以华中师范大学计算机学院为例,探讨第一课堂与第二课堂协同育人机制的构建。
Under the new situation of"accelerating the construction of first-rate universities and first-rate disciplines,and realizing the connotative development of higher education",problems existing in the educational model of colleges and universities has gradually been revealed,such as the relatively simple teaching model,the obsolete knowledge and information,and the disconnection between talent cultivation and social needs.On the basis of optimizing the existing talent training system,colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the second class training program,and promote the integration and development of the two major classes,in order to realize the comprehensive implementation of quality education and deepen the cultivation of comprehensive talents,thus truly achieving the effect of educating people.Taking the School of Computer Science of Central China Normal University as an example,this paper explores the construction of the collaborative education mechanism based on the first class and the second class.
