The Construction and Application of an Interpreting Corpus in the New Political Discourse under the Background of the "Belt and Road" Initiative

"一带一路"倡议背景下,新型政治话语口译语料库的创设尤为重要。它不仅能填补对外政治话语机器口译的储备空缺,满足政治话语高效率高质量的口译需求,还能为专家学者提供关于国际政治交流和国内学术研讨的准确可靠的自然语料。本研究将口译语料库设定为"口译实践语料库、储备资料语料库和模拟语料库"3个模块,通过"相关语料的搜集、数字化语料库的建立、语料库的编纂和制定文本的标准"的实际操作步骤,以期构建适合互译国国情的新型政治话语中的口译语料库。

Under the background of the"Belt and Road"initiative,the creation of an interpreting corpus in the new political discourse is particularly important.It can not only fill the reserve vacancies of machine interpreting in foreign political discourse,but also meet the needs of efficient and high-quality interpreting of political discourse,and provide an accurate and reliable natural corpus for experts and scholars on international political exchanges and domestic academic discussions.In this study,the interpreting corpus is set as three modules:"interpreting practice corpus,reserve material corpus and simulation corpus".Through the practical steps of"collection of related corpuses,establishment of a digital corpus,compilation of the corpus and standardization of texts",the writer hopes to construct an interpreting corpus in the new political discourse suitable for the national conditions of both countries.
