高职学生学业生涯管理现状调查研究——以长沙某高职院校机械类专业为例

Investigation and Research on the Status Quo of Academic Career Management of Higher Vocational Students: Taking the Mechanical Majors of a Higher Vocational Colleges in Changsha as an Example

学业生涯管理是学生在教师帮助下,在了解社会和自我的基础上,制定自我发展的阶段目标和总体目标,并根据阶段完成情况进行动态调整的过程。通过调查高职学生的学业生涯管理现状,了解主要的影响因素,建议从关键时间点、朋辈氛围营造、教育形式选择和师生交流机制上入手,提出相应教育策略,提升学生生涯教育的实效性,提高学校的服务育人水平。

Academic career management is a process in which students,with the help of teachers,formulate goals of different stages and overall goals for their self-development on the basis of understanding society and themselves,and dynamically adjust the goals according to the completion of goals of different stages.By investigating the current situation of academic career management of high vocational students and learning about the main influencing factors,it is suggested to start with key time points,peer atmosphere creation,educational form selection and teacher-student exchange mechanism,and propose corresponding educational strategies to enhance the effectiveness of students'academic career education,and improve the level of school service and education.
