在国内经济、人才、文化快速建设、快速发展的今天,高校教育管理模式、管理方法、管理成效成为了广受社会关注的热点话题。在高校教育大众化、普及化的今天,国内教育体系对高校教育管理水平提出了更多的要求。高校作为社会精英培养输送基地,高校必须积极探索、研究、创新、完善教育理念和教育思想,为社会培养具有超前意识,能够做到与时俱进的创新性人才。现本文简要分析高校教育存在的管理问题,以社会发展对人才的要求为改革方向,提出高校教育管理方法的改进措施,希望能够为业内人士提供经验上的参考。

With the rapid development of domestic economy,talents and culture today,college education management modes,management methods and management effectiveness have become hot topics of great concern to the society.With the popularization of college education,the domestic education system puts forward more requirements for the level of education management in colleges and universities.As a base for the training and supply of elites for the society,colleges and universities must actively explore,research,innovate,improve education concepts and education ideas,and cultivate innovative talents with advanced thinking and ability to keep pace with the times.This paper briefly analyzes the problems existing in college education management,takes the social development requirements for talents as the reform direction,and proposes the improvement measures for college education management methods,hoping to provide experience and reference for the relevant people.
