基于自我管理视角下的高校班级管理创新相关问题研究——以贵州财经大学为例

Research on the Related Issues of College Class Management Innovation from the Perspective of Self-Management: Taking Guizhou University of Finance and Economics as an Example

自我管理对于大学生十分重要,是大学生能否好好度过大学四年的重要因素。本文通过对贵州财经大学学生进行调查,就目前贵州财经大学班级管理的现状进行分析。然后提出应该引导学生进行自我管理,制定"班级公约",从教师、学生干部、学生三个维度探索高校班级管理创新模式。

Self-management is very important for college students,and it is an important factor for college students to spend four years in college.This paper analyzes the current situation of class management in Guizhou University of Finance and Economics by investigating and analyzing the students of Guizhou University of Finance and Economics.Then it is proposed that students should be guided to conduct self-management and formulate"class conventions",and the innovative mode of class management should be explored from such three dimensions as teachers,student cadres and students.
