大学生成就动机与自我同一性的相关研究

A Study on the Relationship between College Students' Achievement Motivation and Self-identity

本文采用成就动机量表、自我同一性地位测试量表对441名绍兴市大学生进行了调查,结果发现:(1)在成就动机中,男生追求成功的动机比女生高,但在避免失败维度上并不存在显著差异。追求成功与避免失败两维度均表现出年级差异,且避免失败的动机强度逐年递增。(2)大学生自我同一性越高,成就动机越高。

A survey of 441 college students from Shaoxing City was conducted using the Achievement Motivation Scale and the Self-identity Status Test Scale.The results showed that:(1)In the achievement motivation,the motivation of boys to pursue success is higher than that of girls,but in the dimension of avoiding failure,there are no significant differences.Both the pursuit of success and the avoidance of failure show grade differences,and the motivation to avoid failure increases year by year.(2)The higher the self-identity of college students,the higher the motivation for achievement.
