摘要
湖北某铅锌矿主要回收元素为铅、锌和硫。本文采用抑锌浮铅优先浮选工艺,通过正交试验方法分别优选铅、锌浮选药剂用量,经闭路流程试验实现了铅、锌的有效分离和回收;并采用重选法回收黄铁矿精矿。获得铅精矿产率1.38%,品位55.43%,回收率86.62%;锌精矿产率6.44%,品位55.61%,回收率96.72%;黄铁矿精矿产率16.22%,硫品位37.22%,回收率51.93%。各个精矿产品均达到国家相应的精矿标准。
Lead,zinc and sulfur are the main recovery elements in a lead-zinc ore in Hubei province,China.Flowsheet of lead preferential flotation was adopted based on the characteristics of the ores.Flotation dosages were obtained from lead and zinc flotation processes by orthogonal test.As closed circuit test,the yield,grade and recovery of lead concentrate are 1.38%,55.43%and 86.62%,respectively;and those of zinc concentrate are 6.44%,55.61%and 96.72%,respectively.Pyrite concentrate can be obtained by gravity separation after lead and zinc flotation process;and the yield,sulfur grade and recovery of pyrite concentrate are 16.22%,37.22%and 51.93%,respectively.
