当前我国地方政府政务公开存在的问题及完善举措探析

An Analysis on the Problems Existing in the Openness of Local Government Affairs in China and the Improvement Measures

政务公开,作为民主政治发展的本质要求,是社会主义民主政治建设的必经之路和完善社会主义市场经济体制的重要手段。本文主要从思想层面、制度层面和执行层面三个角度分析了当前我国地方政府政务公开存在的问题,进而从教育引导、法制建设、制度创新、监督考评、电子政务等几个方面探讨了解决问题的举措。

The openness of government affairs,as the essential requirement of the development of democratic politics,is the only way for socialist democratic political construction and an important means to improve the socialist market economic system.This paper analyzes the problems currently existing in the openness of local government affairs from the perspectives of ideological level,system level and implementation level,and then discusses the measures to solve the problems from the aspects of education guidance,legal system construction,system innovation,supervision and evaluation,and e-government.
