MR DWI evaluation on efficacy of radiotherapy and chemotherapy of cervical cancer

放化疗是治疗宫颈癌的重要手段。MRI是评估局部病灶的重要影像学方法,除可评估病变大小及形态特征外,DWI还可提供早于形态学变化的功能代谢信息,对于评价肿瘤治疗效果有重要应用价值。本文对DWI在评价宫颈癌同步放化疗疗效及预后方面的应用现状进行综述。

Chemoradiation is the main treatment approach for cervical cancer.MRI is regarded as one of the most important imaging methods in assessing local lesions,and DWI has been considered as a useful complement to evaluate the morphologic features of traditional sequences,therefore having important value in evaluation of cancer treatment.Application progress of DWI in evaluation efficacy of radiotherapy and chemotherapy and prognosis of uterine cervical cancer were reviewed in this article.
