基于安全影响因素的地铁安全保护区范围划定探讨

地铁安保区范围的合理设置有助于后续安全管理工作的开展。在目前国内地铁结构频繁受到外部作业侵害的背景下,针对现行制度下国内地铁安保区范围划定存在的划定技术支撑不足、在实际应用中适应性不强的问题,从安全系统工程学的角度出发,进行安全影响因素分析。综合考虑物、环境、人为及管理因素,从精细化、差异化、信息化3个方面提出地铁安保区范围划定策略,为今后国内地铁安保区范围划定工作提供思路及具体实施建议,具有很好的适应性和可操作性。

Proper outlining of subway safety protection area boundary is helpful to the followup safety management work.Under the situation of frequent violation of clearance of subway structures by external operations,this paper analyzes the factors affecting safety from the point of views of safety system engineering work,aiming at the problems of insuffi cient technical support and weak adaptability in practical application in the subway safety boundary limitation under the current system.Considering the material,environment,human factors and management factors,this paper puts forward the subway safety boundary limitation strategy from3aspects of refinement,differentiation and informationization,which provides recommendations and concrete implementation solutions for the subway safety boundary limitation work in China in the future,and has good adaptability and operability.
