近年来,我国已进入城市轨道交通的快速发展期。由于技术手段等方面因素制约,我国城市轨道交通行业在公司资产管理及维护方面存在设备台账不完整、实物管理相互脱节等现象,不能满足资产管理发展的需要。主要介绍RFID技术在城市轨道交通资产管理系统中的应用,并将其与资产全生命周期管理结合起来,应用于物资采购及仓储、工程建设、生产运营和退役报废等阶段,实现资产全生命周期的全过程跟踪管理,从而提高城市轨道交通资产信息化管理水平,达到向资产管理要效益的目标。

In recent years,China has entered an urban rail transit rapid development period.Due to technical constraints and other factors,urban rail transit industry asset management and maintenance of equipment accounting in some companies in China are incomplete,with improper organization of physical management etc.fails to satisfy the needs of asset management development.This paper mainly introduces the use of RFID technology in the asset management system on urban rail transit,and taking these phenomena into consideration with the asset life cycle management,and applies it to material procurement,warehousing,engineering construction,production and operation,withdrawal and written-off scrap stage,so as to realize the whole process of tracing management in the asset life cycle,to improve the urban rail transit to a higher level of information management of assets,and to achieve the goal of profi ts from asset management.
