CT与磁共振成像在早期强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变中的诊断价值对比 被引量:6

摘要 目的对比分析在早期强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变中应用电子计算机断层扫描(CT)和磁共振成像(MRI)的诊断价值。方法选取我院2017年4月—2018年4月收治的早期强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变患者70例,分别应用CT和MR I检查,对比其诊断价值。结果 MR I的0级病变、Ⅰ级病变检出率高于CT(P<0.05),Ⅱ级病变检出率与CT差异不显著(P>0.05);MRI的骨质侵蚀、骨质硬化检出率低于CT(P<0.05),关节面下骨质囊变、L5~S1关节突病变和骨髓水肿检出率高于CT(P<0.05),对关节腔隙改变的检出率与CT比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论在早期强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变的诊断中可优先选择MRI,若病变不明确可结合CT扫描确诊。
