甲醇制丙烯用工业催化剂的反应性能研究

摘要 本文采用XRD、SEM、N_2物理吸附、NH_3-TPD和FT-IR等表征手段,对4种不同厂家的工业催化剂进行表征,并考察几种催化剂在MTP反应中的性能。结果表明,B样品的丙烯选择性比较有优势,D样品的寿命和乙烯选择性优势明显。实验结果可为工业MTP装置调整产物分布和优化反应工艺条件提供技术依据。 XRD,SEM,N2physical adsorption,NH3-TPD and FT-IR were used to characterize industrial catalysts,and the performance of different industrial catalysts in MTP reaction was investigated.The results showed that samples B were superior in the selectivity of propylene,samples D had obvious life span and ethylene selectivity.The results could provided technical basis for adjusting product distribution and optimizing reaction conditions of MTP process.
