摘要
为研究饲粮中添加不同赖氨酸含量对肉羊生长性能、血清生化指标和肉品质的影响,选用杜泊×湖羊杂交公羔羊120只作为试验动物,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只羊,分别饲喂含赖氨酸0.6%(M0组)、0.67%(M1组)、0.74%(M2组)、0.81%(M3组)的试验饲粮,试验期90 d。结果表明,各组之间平均日干物质采食量差异不显著(P>0.05);相比其他3组,M2组平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。M3组血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)与谷草转氨酶(AST)活性显著低于其他3组(P<0.05),甘油三酯(TG)含量显著高于M0和M1组(P<0.05),血清碱性磷酸酶(AKB)活性及总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆固醇(TC)、尿素氮(UN)和葡萄糖(GLU)含量各组间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。各组间的pH、肉色等级、眼肌面积、剪切力、熟肉率、失水率和滴水损失率差异均不显著(P>0.05),但M2组的pH、剪切力、失水率和滴水损失率低于其他各组。饲粮中赖氨酸含量为0.74%时对提高肉羊生长性能有较好的效果。
To study the effect of lysine content in diets on growth performance,serum biochemical parameters and meat quality of mutton sheep,one hundred and twenty Dupo×Huyang Hybrid Lambs were selected and randomly divided into four groups with three replicates per group and ten sheep per replicate.Four different lysine content of ex perimental diets were designed,they were 0.6%(M0 group),0.67%(M1 group),0.74%(M2 group)and 0.81%(M3 group).The test period was 90 d.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the average daily dry matter intake among the groups(P>0.05).Compared with the other groups,the average daily gain of M2 group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed/gain was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The serum ALT and AST activities of M3 group were significantly lower than the other groups(P<0.05).The TG content of M3 group was significantly higher than M0 and M1 groups(P<0.05).The serum AKP activity and TP,ALB,TC,UN and GLU content were no significant differences among the groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in pH,meat color grade,eye muscle area,shear force,cooked meat rate,water loss rate and drip loss rate among the groups(P>0.05),but the pH,shear force and water loss and drip loss rates of the M2 group were relatively lower than the other groups.The results showed that 0.74%lysine in diets had better effect on improving growth performanceof mutton sheep.
