芝麻粕是芝麻浸取油后的副产物,粗蛋白含量>45%,富含动物机体多种必需氨基酸,是一种高营养价值的植物蛋白资源。文章对芝麻粕在动物饲料中的应用进行综述。

Sesame seed meal,a by-product of sesame oil leaching,is a high nutritional value plant protein resource for high crude protein content(more than 45%)and abundant essential amino acids for farm animals.This paper reviewed the application of sesame meal in animal feed.
