摘要
为研究纤维素分解菌发酵的白酒糟对蛋鸡生产性能的影响,试验将360日龄的海南褐蛋鸡864只随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复96只鸡;3个组分别饲喂对照组日粮(玉米豆粕型),试验组1日粮(对照组+4%白酒糟)和试验2日粮(对照组+4%发酵白酒糟),试验结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组1蛋鸡饲料中使用白酒糟降低了采食量和产蛋率,但差异不显著(P>0.05),对破壳蛋、软壳蛋、蛋壳重量、蛋黄重量及哈夫单位无显著影响(P>0.05);与对照组相比,试验组2日粮中添加纤维素菌发酵白酒糟后,能够提高蛋壳厚度,差异极显著(P<0.01),也能提高产蛋率,但差异不显著(P>0.05),试验组2和试验组1相比,提高了生产性能和蛋壳重量,差异极显著(P<0.01),但对破壳蛋、软壳蛋、蛋黄重量及哈夫单位无显著影响(P>0.05)。因此,在蛋鸡日粮中使用纤维素分解菌发酵白酒糟能够提高蛋鸡生产性能和蛋壳厚度。
The effect of Cellulolytic-bacteria-fermented distiller grain on the performance of layers was investigated in this study.In total,eight hundred and sixty-four Hy-line 360-day-old layers were randomly divided into three groups which had three replicates of ninety-six layers in each group.The birds in the control(control)group were fed the basal diet whereas in other treatment groups basal diet was supplemented with 4%distiller grain(treatment 1),4%cellulolytic-bacteria-fermented distiller grain(treatment 2).Results indicated that distiller grain reduced egg production rate and the layer feed intake,but the difference were not significant(P>0.05),when compared with control,Also,no significant effect on broken-shell egg number,soft-shell egg number,shell weight,yolk weight and Haugh Unit were observed(P>0.05).4%cellulolytic-bacteria fermented distiller grain significantly improve the egg performance of layer and shell weight,compared with distiller grain group(P<0.01).In comparison with control,cellulolytic bacteria fermented distiller grain also increased the egg production and shell weight,but the difference were not significant(P>0.05).However,cellulilytic-bacteria fermented distiller grain did not influence the broken-shell egg num ber,soft-shell egg number,yolk weight and Haugh Unit,Compared with the control group and treatment 1.In conclusion,feeding diet supplemented with 4%cellulolytic-bacteria-fermented distiller grain to ly-line layers can improved egg production and shell weight.
