摘要
目的探讨复方牛磺酸滴眼液治疗眼疲劳的作用机制。方法将家兔眼置254 nm波长紫外灯前40 cm照射,然后滴用复方牛磺酸滴眼液,观察照射前后睑结膜、球结膜和角膜的受损程度及眼分泌物;将家兔眼球置营养液中,游离睫状肌,用记录仪记录睫状肌收缩活动情况,观察睫状肌在滴眼液作用下的张力。结果复方牛磺酸滴眼液对家兔眼紫外线辐射所致睑结膜、球结膜和角膜的炎性损伤具有较强的保护作用,可明显减少眼分泌物,与空白对照组家兔比较有显著差异(P <0. 01);兔眼睫状肌张力5 min最大下降3. 62 mm,与空白对照组家兔比较有显著差异(P <0. 01)。结论复方牛磺酸滴眼液具有明显的抗眼疲劳作用,为其临床适应证提供了实验室依据。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of Compound Taurine Eye Drops in the treatment of eye fatigue. Methods Rabbits were irradiated 40 cm before a 254 nm ultraviolet lamp and then dripped with Compound Taurine Eye Drops. The damage degree of palpebral conjunctiva,bulbar conjunctiva,cornea and the eye secretion before and after irradiation were observed. The rabbits’ eyeballs were placed in the nutrient solution,free of the ciliary muscle. The ciliary muscle contraction activity was recorded by a recorder,in order to observe the ciliary muscle tension under the action of Compound Taurine Eye Drops. Results Compound Taurine Eye Drops had a strong protective effect on inflammatory damage of palpebral conjunctiva,bulbar conjunctiva and cornea caused by ultraviolet radiation in rabbits,and could significantly reduce eye secretion,which were significantly different from those of the blank control group( P < 0. 01). The maximal decrease of the ciliary muscle tension of rabbits irradiated by ultraviolet radiation was 3. 62 mm in 5 min,which was significantly different from that of the blank control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Compound Taurine Eye Drops have an obvious anti-eye fatigue effect and provide an experimental basis for its clinical indications.
