毛衫风格设计影响因素及手法研究

Research on the Factors Influencing Sweaters' style Design and the Relevant Design Methods

毛衫是通过针织工艺制作服装,具有毛型服装的典型特点,对毛衫设计风格影响及手法的研究能够更好地进行毛衫款式设计与服用保养。文章通过分析毛衫造型、材料、色彩、图案等因素并加以举例阐述的方法,阐述了毛衫整体造型、局部造型、毛衫纤维材料、纱线规格、面料织造及面料再造工艺及色彩、图案在毛衫风格设计中的一般设计原则、设计手法与对毛衫风格设计的影响,并针对毛衫风格设计提出了合理选用面料纤维材料及纺纱织造工艺,并利用整体造型、局部造型、毛衫纤维材料、纱线规格、面料织造及面料再造工艺及色彩、图案设计手法提高毛衫风格设计的艺术化与科学化,为打造国际知名的毛衫服装品牌奠定坚实的理论基础。

Sweaters,typical of wool clothing,were woven via knitting techniques.Research on the factors influencing sweaters'style design and the methods for sweaters'style design was beneficial to the design and maintenance of sweaters.This paper analyzed the factors influencing sweaters'style design such as sweaters'shapes,matericals,colors and patterns in detail,and stated the general design principles and techniques of sweaters'overall shapes,local shapes,wool fiber matericals,yarn specifications,fabric weaving,fabric reconstruction processes,sweaters'colors and patterns as well as their effects on sweaters'style design.This paper proposed that fabric fiber materials and spinning and weaving processes should be chosen wisely,and that the design techniques of the overall shapes,local shapes,wool fiber materials,yarn specifications,fabric weaving,fabric reconstruction processes,sweaters'colors and patterns should be employed to improve sweaters'artistic and scientific design,thereby laying on solid theoretical foundation for establishing a world-famous sweater brand.
