带蒂皮瓣手术联合悬浮治疗系统治疗难愈性压疮患者的护理

Application of Suspended Treatment System for Patients with Refractory Pressure Ulcers

目的介绍带蒂皮瓣手术联合悬浮治疗系统修复难愈性压疮创面的护理方法。方法回顾分析并总结2012年1月至2017年12月某部海军医院烧伤整形科收治的58例难愈性压疮患者的临床资料,所有患者均采用带蒂皮瓣手术联合悬浮治疗系统修复创面,并给予综合性护理。结果 58例患者4～6周后创面均完全修复,外观良好,出院后随访6～24个月,均未见压疮复发。结论带蒂皮瓣手术联合悬浮治疗系统修复难愈性压疮创面效果确切,针对性的护理干预有利于促进创面愈合,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To introduce the nursing methods of pedicled flap operation combined with suspended treatment system for repairing the refractory pressure ulcers.Methods From January2012to December2017,the clinical data of58patients with refractory pressure ulcers from the department of burn and plastic surgery in the Naval Hospital of Eastern Theater Command were analyzed retrospectively.All of the refractory pressure ulcers wounds were treated by pedicled flap operation combined with suspended treatment system,and the comprehensive and dynamic nursing interventions were conducted.Results After4to6weeks of treatment,all of the wounds(58cases)were completely repaired with good appearance.All cases were followed up for6to24months after discharging,and no recurrence was found.Conclusions The pedicled flap operation combined with suspended treatment system has a gound therapeutic effect in repairing refractory pressure wounds.Targeted nursing intervention is conducive to promoting wound healing,and is worthy of clinical application.
