数字化水暖手术床在食管癌手术中的应用效果

Application of Digital Hydrothermal Bed in Esophageal Cancer Surgery

目的探讨自制数字化水暖手术床在食管癌手术中的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选择2015年1月至2017年12月在广西壮族自治区梧州市红十字会医院手术室行食管癌根治术的100例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组及观察组各50例,对照组患者给予常规覆盖保暖毛毯或棉被,床垫铺上电热毯保暖;观察组患者在对照组的基础上,将电热毯改用为自制数字化水暖手术床保暖。评价并比较两组患者术中低体温、保暖设施污染的发生情况及患者舒适率。结果观察组患者术中低体温、保暖设施污染的发生率均低于对照组患者,舒适率高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论自制数字化水暖手术床能有效预防术中低体温的发生,减少保暖设施污染,有利于提高患者舒适率。

Objective To study the effects of the self-made digital hydrothermal bed on preventing hypothermia in esophageal cancer surgery.Methods By convenience sampling methods,100patients underwent esophageal cancer surgery were selected from January2015to December2017.The cases were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with50cases in each group.The control group was routinely covered with thermal blankets or quilts,and the mattress was put on an electric blanket to keep warm.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group changed the electric blanket to the self-made digital hydrothermal bed to keep warm.The cases of hypothermia,contamination rate of thermal equipment and patient comfort were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of hypothermia,the contamination rate of thermal equipment in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the comfort level of the patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The self-made digital hydrothermal bed can effectively prevent the occurrence of hypothermia during operation,improve the comfort of patients and reduce the contamination rate of thermal equipment.
