为全面落实习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上对高校思想政治理论课提出的总体要求,以提升高校思想政治教育质量和水平为基本目标,从构建"大思政"格局形成教育合力、加强学科建设明确理论依托、优化教研机构规范平台支撑、推进实践教学关注问题导向和强化师资队伍确保教学质量等方面,分析高校思想政治理论课建设的着力点。
