光皮树油在自催化体系下环氧化的工艺优化 被引量:3

摘要 在自催化体系下,光皮树油经过环氧化制备环氧油脂。考察了反应时间、反应温度、过氧化氢用量以及甲酸用量对光皮树油环氧化的影响,并采用响应面法对环氧工艺条件进行优化。实验结果表明,反应温度影响最大,时间和温度相互作用最大;当光皮树油用量为20 g时,响应面法优化得到的最优工艺条件为:反应时间4.67 h,反应温度59.67℃,甲酸用量为光皮树油质量的19.3%(w),在此条件下制备的环氧油脂的环氧值可达5.40%;采用FTIR和~1H NMR对环氧化前后的光皮树油特征官能团结构进行表征,说明光皮树油实现了环氧化。 Under the self-catalytic system,the influence of reaction variables on the epoxidation of Cornus wilsoniana oil with reaction time,temperature,and the amounts of hydrogen peroxide and formic acid was examined,and response surface methodology was applied to determine the optimum reaction conditions for epoxidation.The experimental results showed that temperature is the most significant parameter,and the interaction of time and temperature had the greatest influence on the experimental results at the same time.When the amount of the Comus wilsoniana oil was 20 g,the optimal processing conditions were found to be enzyme reaction time 6 h,reaction temperature 59.67℃and dosage of formic acid 19.3%(w).Under these conditions the epoxidation level could reach 5.40%.FTIR and 1H NMR were used to characterize the structure of the characteristic functional group of the oil before and after the reaction.
