羧甲基改性木质素磺酸盐交联聚合物制备及其吸附亚甲基蓝性能 被引量:1

Preparation of carboxymethylated lignosulfonate cross-linked polymer for adsorption toward methylene blue

摘要 以木质素磺酸钠为原料,经氯乙酸改性、环氧氯丙烷交联制备了可高效吸附亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附剂羧甲基木质素磺酸钠交联聚合物(CLP),采用FTIR和SEM等手段表征。考察了固液比、初始质量浓度、pH、吸附温度和时间等对吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明,在固液比为0.25 g/L、温度25℃下,CLP对初始质量浓度为100 mg/L的MB的平衡吸附量达到384.6 mg/g,吸附率为96.1%。CLP对MB的吸附是静电作用、氢键作用、范德华力等综合作用的结果,吸附模型为Langmiur模型,吸附服从准二阶动力学模型。经7次循环后,CLP对MB的吸附率保持在80%左右。 Carboxymethylated sodium lignosulfonate cross-linked polymer(CLP),a high performance material to adsorb methylene blue(MB),was prepared by modifying a raw material sodium lignosulfonate using chloroacetic acid and then cross-linking using epichlorohydrin.CLP was characterized by FTIR and SEM.The effects of the ratio of solid to liquid,initial concentration,pH,adsorption temperature and time on the adsorption performances were investigated.Experimental results showed that the equilibrium adsorption capacity of CLP to MB with an initial mass concentration of 100 mg/L reached 384.6 mg/g,which matched 96.1%of efficiency of adsorption,at 0.25 g/L CLP loading and 25℃.The adsorption of MB onto CLP could be attributed to integrative effects of static attraction,hydrogen bond and van der Waals′force.Adsorption behavior of CLP to MB fitted Langmuir adsorption isotherm and kinetics followed pseudo second-order kinetic model.Efficiency of adsorption of CLP to MB remained about 80%after 7 times of recycling use.
