滚塑成型原料中密度聚乙烯的生产及应用

摘要 简要介绍了国内某炼化公司中密度聚乙烯滚塑成型原料(简称滚塑料)8060的生产过程及其应用,并就所开发的聚乙烯产品的熔体流动指数、密度及耐环境应力开裂性能等指标的控制及下游厂家加工工艺优化方面存在的问题和改进措施进行了分析和讨论。目前行业内对滚塑料产品没有统一质量性能指标和检测方法,亟需建立统一的滚塑料性能指标检测方法,为下游客户产品的优化和改进奠定基础。滚塑料产品的成功开发,还有赖于下游厂家对聚乙烯粉末颗粒形态、加热温度和加热时间及冷却速率等加工工艺的协同优化及对产品的精准定向。 The development production process and application of medium density polyethylene,rotational feedstock 8060,in a domestic refining company were introduced,and the problems and improvement measures of product quality control such as melt flow index,density and environmental stress cracking resistance,as well as the process optimization of downstream application manufacturers were analyzed and discussed.At present,there are no unified quality and performance indexes and testing method for rotational feedstock in the industry.It is urgent to establish a unified testing method for performance indexes of rotational feedstock,which lays a foundation for the optimization and improvement of customer products.Successful development of rotational molding products depends on the co-optimization of processing technology such as particle morphology of polyethylene powder,heating temperature,heating time and cooling rate by downstream manufacturers and the precise orientation of products.
