摘要
为了研究低温煤焦油(LCT)沥青质的加氢转化性能,采用自主开发的加氢精制催化剂对LCT进行加氢实验,研究了剂油质量比(1∶25,1∶20,1∶15,1∶10)对沥青质结构和组成的影响。通过元素分析和1H NMR等方法对沥青质的组成和结构进行了表征。实验结果表明,随着剂油质量比的增加,沥青质中硫的脱除率明显增加,在LCT加氢过程中,主要脱除沥青质中的非噻吩类硫化物(如硫醚,硫醇,亚砜等),沥青质的芳香度逐渐增大,芳香环缩合度参数降低,随着剂油质量比增大,总碳数和环烷环数增加,随着剂油质量比的增大,这些结构参数的变化趋势不大,这是由于LCT沥青质高的芳香度,使得LCT沥青质很难进一步轻质化。
In order to study the hydrogenation conversion performance of low temperature coal tar(LCT)asphaltenes,the hydrogenation experiment of LCT was carried out by using the hydrogenation catalyst developed independently in the laboratory.The effect of the mass ratio of catalyst to LCT(1∶25,1∶20,1∶15,1∶10)on the structure and composition of asphaltenes was investigated.The composition and structure were characterized by elemental analysis,1H NMR and so on.The results showed that with the increase of the mass ratio of catalyst to LCT,the removal rate of sulfur was obvious.In the LCT hydrogenation process,the non-thiophene sulfides(such as thioethers,mercaptans,sulfoxides)in asphaltenes were mainly removed.With the increase of the mass ratio of catalyst to LCT,the aromaticity of asphaltenes increased gradually,and the degree of condensation of aromatic ring decreased.In addition,the total carbon number and the number of naphthenic rings increased.As a whole,the change trend of these structural parameters was not large with increasing weight ratio of catalyst to LCT,which was due to the high aromaticity of LCT asphaltenes,which makes it difficult for LCT asphaltenes to be further lightweight.
