铬系催化剂的国产化应用及工艺调整 被引量:2

The application of domestic chromium-based catalyst and process optimization

摘要 采用国产铬系催化剂在中国石油大庆石化公司塑料厂250 kt/a全密度聚乙烯装置上生产了DGDA 6098和DGDB 2480两种牌号产品,提出了从进口催化剂切换到国产催化剂的工艺;分析了生产能耗,并与进口催化剂进行了对比。生产结果表明,通过调整工艺可以实现不同牌号的无扰切换。国产催化剂的原料消耗及能耗与进口催化剂接近,满足要求。DGDA 6098产品的性能满足加工要求,独立成膜性好,薄膜制品符合优级品指标。DGDB 2480产品满足PE80级高密度管材树脂性能的特殊需求。针对不同的产品提出了不同的改进方法,可开发出符合用户需要的DMDH 6400和DMDA 6200等树脂专用料。 Two kinds of products,DGDA 6098 and DGDB 2480 were produced by using domestic chromium-based catalyst on the 250 kt/a full density polyethylene plant in China Petroleum Daqing Petrochemical Company.The process of switching from imported catalyst to domestic catalyst was put forward.The energy consumption of production was analyzed and compared with that of the imported catalyst.The results showed that the products can be switched smoothly by adjusting the process.The consumption of raw materials and energy consumption of domestic catalysts are close to those of the imported catalysts and they all meet the standards.DGDA 6098’s performance meets processing requirements,independent film formation is good,and film products of DGDA 6098 meet the excellent grade indicators.DGDB 2480 meets the special needs of PE80 grade high density pipe resin performance.Different improvement methods have been proposed for different products,and resin special materials such as DMDH 6400 and DMDA 6200 have been developed to meet users’needs.
