高校思想政治理论课关乎为谁培养人、培养什么人和如何培养人的重大问题。在新形势下,思想政治理论课迫切需要在改进中加强、在创新中发展,而其关键环节和基础工程为教学内容的改革。观念化教学改革是教学内容改革的一种有益探索,要在教材建设方面着力于推进教材体系向教学体系转化,在目标设计方面实现知识体系向信仰体系转化,在遴选观念方面抓重带轻,在构建话语方面促使理论话语向大众话语转变,在精准供给方面实现供给侧与需求侧和谐。

College ideological and political theory course about people who cultivate,cultivate what and how to train people on major issues,is very important.Practical problems facing the new situation of the ideological and political theory courses and the teaching process is an urgent need to strengthen in the improvement,innovation in development,we should reform the teaching content and the key link the basic concept of engineering,teaching reform is a beneficial attempt and exploration.Need to understand material:to promote the transformation of textbook system to teaching system,design objectives:to achieve the transformation of the knowledge system to the belief system,selection of concepts:catch with light,construction of discourse:promotes the theoretical change of discourse to the public discourse,accurate supply:the supply and demand side in harmony.
