摘要
聚酰胺隔热条中的聚酰胺分子链具有强极性,亲水性能较好,易水解,水分子等极性小分子对聚酰胺隔热条的横向抗拉等力学性能影响较大。本文将聚酰胺隔热条浸泡在不同溶剂中进行室温横向抗拉特征值测试、含水率测试和尺寸检测,研究不同溶剂对聚酰胺隔热条尺寸变化率及其力学性能的影响规律。
Polyamide chain polyamide insulation has strong polarity,good hydrophilicity,easy hydrolysis.The water molecules and polar small molecular polyamide insulation have a significant effect on the transverse tensile mechanical properties.Immersing thermal barrier strip of polyamide in boiling water,5%H2SO4 and 5%NaOH solution for 4h,6h and 8h.Then the room temperature respectively transverse tensile ratio,the water absorption and the the variation rate of size were tested.Researching the effect of different solvent on the size and mechanical property of thermal barrier strip of polyamide.
