中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌感染相关性胃炎临床观察

Clinical observation of Banxia xiexin decoction on related gastritis due to HP infection

目的:观察常规西药合半夏泻心汤治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性相关性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:按照随机数字表法将96例幽门螺杆菌感染相关性胃炎患者分为两组各48例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用半夏泻心汤治疗。观察比较两组临床疗效,Hp根除情况,G-17、PGⅠ、PGR水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率、Hp根除率(89.58%、91.67%)较对照组(72.92%、77.08%)高,Hp根除时间平均(7.89±1.16)天,短于对照组(10.97±1.86)天,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后G-17、PGⅠ及PGR水平较治疗前均降低,且治疗组较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论:常规西药合半夏泻心汤治疗幽门螺杆菌感染相关性胃炎疗效确切,可保护胃黏膜,提高Hp根除率。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Banxia xiexin decoction on related gastritis due to HP infection.Methods:96cases of patients with chronic gastritis of HP infection were randomly divided into two groups,48cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with Banxia xiexin decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical effect,HP eradication,levels of G-17,PGI and PGR as well as occurrence of adverse reactions were observed and compared in two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate and HP eradication rate were respectively89.58%and91.67%,which were respectively higher than72.92%and77.08%in the control group;HP eradication time was averagely(7.89±1.16)days,which was shorter than(10.97±1.86)days in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment in both groups,the levels of G-17,PGI and PGR were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Banxia xiexin decoction on chronic gastritis due to HP infection is definite,which can protect gastric mucosa and enhance HP eradication rate.
