详细介绍了昆虫性信息素的常用提取方法,指出了不同方法(有机溶剂浸泡法、冷凝法、动态顶空吸附法、固相微萃取)的优缺点,并探索性信息素化合物的鉴定方法,旨在为有关昆虫微量化合物的研究提供借鉴。
The common extraction methods of insect sex pheromone are introduced in detail.The advantages and disadvantages of different methods(organic solvent immersion method,condensation method,dynamic headspace adsorption method,solid phase microextraction)are pointed out.The identification methods of sex pheromone compounds are explored in order to provide reference for the study of the insect microscale chemical compounds.
