摘要 设计了一种基于PXI的永磁同步电机快速控制原型教学实验平台,阐述了实验平台的整体硬件结构和软件应用进。采用Matlab/Simulink实现永磁同步电机控制算法自动代码快速生成,快速验证算法的可行性。采用LabVIEW图形化编程实现对FPGA板卡资源分配,再通过Veristand实现控制算法与硬件资源对接,并且快速实现上位机的设计。利用上位机监控系统控制永磁同步电机运行状况,实现永磁同步电机瞬时波形实时观测。该平台功能完善、安全可靠、操作简单,可完成永磁同步电机先进控制算法快速验证。 A RCP(rapid control prototyping)teaching experiment platform for the permanent magnet synchronous motor based on PXI is designed,and the overall hardware structure and software application of the experimental platform are described in detail.Matlab/Simulink is used to realize automatic code generation of permanent magnet synchronous motor control algorithm,and the feasibility of the algorithm is quickly verified.The LabVIEW graphical programming is used to realize the allocation of resources to the FPGA board,and then through Veristand,the connection of the control algorithm and hardware resources docking is achieved,and the design of the host computer is quickly realized.The operation status of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is controlled by the upper computer monitoring system,and the instantaneous waveform of the motor is observed in real time.This platform has the characteristics of the perfect function,safety,reliability and simple operation,which is convenient for verifying the advanced control algorithm of the permanent magnet synchronous motor.
