海警舰船综合仿真实训教学探索

Exploration on comprehensive simulation training teaching for marine police ships

针对海警舰艇指挥与技术专业实践教学中存在的不足,提出减少单一验证性实训、增设综合性实训项目设计的实训教学改革方案。结合海警舰船综合仿真实训系统实验室的建设,探索开展综合性实训项目设计、实施及教学评估。通过综合仿真实训,提高了学员的创新能力、应急能力以及综合指挥能力,为海警部队培养亟需的舰艇综合指挥人才。

In view of the shortcomings in the practical teaching for the Aarine Police Ship Command and Technology specialty,this paper puts forward the reform scheme for the training teaching,which reduces the single verifiable training and adds the comprehensive training project design.In combination with the construction of the laboratory with the comprehensive simulation training system for marine police ships,the evaluation on the comprehensive training project design,implementation and teaching is explored and carried out.Through such training,the students’ innovative ability,emergency response ability and comprehensive command ability are improved,and the badly needed marine comprehensive command talents are trained for the marine police forces.
