教学实验是理论与实际的结合点,是深化教学内容的重要途径。传统实验教学验证性实验较多,缺少设计性、综合性和研究性。在天然药物化学教学实验中,将"汉防己生物碱的提制和鉴定"实验设计为一个综合性实验,从而培养大学生的动手能力、实验设计能力及理论与实践的结合能力。

Teaching experiment is a combination of theory and practice and an important way to deepen the teaching content.There are many confirmatory experiments in traditional experimental teaching which lack the design,comprehensiveness and research.In the teaching experiment of the natural medicinal chemistry,the experiment of“Extraction and identification of alkaloids from Stephania tetrandra”is designed as a comprehensive experiment so as to cultivate students’practical ability,experimental design ability and ability of combining theory with practice.
