摘要
机场作为客运和货运的集散中心,其运营效率的高低是体现机场综合能力最直接的指标。为了客观准确地评价机场运营效率,构建机场运营效率评价的指标体系,运用熵值法确定各指标权值,在灰色系统理论基础上,提出了基于灰色关联度的机场运营效率评价方法。以南京禄口国际机场为例进行实证研究,研究结果表明,评价指标体系科学合理,评价结果能够客观反映效率的总体水平。
As a distribution center for passenger and cargo,the airport′s operational efficiency directly reflects the comprehensive capabilities of the airport.In order to evaluate the airport operation efficiency objectively and accurately,the index system of airport operation efficiency evaluation is constructed firstly,and the entropy method is used to determine the weight of each index.Based on the grey system theory,the evaluation method of airport operation efficiency based on grey correlation degree is proposed.Then take Nanjing Lukou International Airport as an example to conduct empirical research.The research results show that the evaluation index system is scientific and reasonable,and the evaluation results can objectively reflect the overall level of airport operation efficiency.
