提高低碳Si-Mn系冷轧DP钢性能的工艺方法

摘要 文章在现有低成本低碳Si-Mn系冷轧双相钢化学成分设计的基础上,进行了新工艺研究。首先减小热轧初始组织晶粒尺寸至5.5μm,并采用≥80%冷轧压下量;其次增加退火过程中的加热速率,并快速加热至(A_(c3)–50℃)~(A_(c3)+10℃)温度范围。实验结果表明,在不损失材料塑性的基础上,可使其屈服强度增加29~76 MPa,抗拉强度增加35~100 MPa,这将为进一步提高低碳Si-Mn系冷轧双相钢综合性能及发展超高强双相钢提供新思路。
