前撑式注浆钢管支撑在基坑围护中的应用与研究

Application and Research on Supporting of Front Supported Type Grouting Steel Pipe in Foundation Pit Support

前撑式注浆钢管支撑工艺是上海及周边地区近几年应用的一种新型基坑支护形式。与常规的基坑支护体系比较,具有施工方便、有利于基坑开挖、节约成本、施工周期短等优点。以上海奉贤科技绿洲南桥园区二期工程为例,总结了该工艺的优点及不足,为今后类似的工程及对前撑式注浆钢管支撑工艺的优化提供了借鉴。

The supporting process of front supported type grouting steel pipe is a new type of foundation pit support applied in Shanghai and surrounding areas in recent years.Compared with the conventional foundation pit support system,it has the advantages of convenient construction,favorable foundation pit excavation,cost saving and short construction period,etc.Taking the second phase project of Shanghai Fengxian Technology Oasis Nanqiao Park as an example,the advantages and disadvantages of the process are summarized(in this paper),which can provide references for similar projects and optimization of the supporting process of front supported type grouting steel pipe in the future.
